      Consultation phase for books 1 and 2.

   3. November 2017 - April 2018

      Consultation phase for books 3, 4, 5 and 6.

   4. October 2017

      Books 1 and 2 to be submitted to the Council of State.

   5. July 2018

      Books 3, 4, 5 and 6 to be submitted to the Council of State.

   6. June 2018

      Books 1 and 2 to be presented to the House of Representatives.

   7. March 2019

      Books 3, 4, 5 and 6 to be presented to the House of Representatives.
