Conferences on modernising the Code of Criminal Procedure
Conferences give people and organisations working in the justice system the chance to get involved in modernising the Code. Broad-based involvement at an early stage will help to make the new Code easier to use. The aim of the new Code is to improve the way justice is administered by the courts in criminal cases and to improve the performance of the criminal justice system.
