Applying for disability support in case of sickness or occupational disability
If you need help with your work due to sickness or occupational disability, you can request support if you have an employer. This could, for example, be for orthopaedic work shoes or an adapted car.

Applying for support
You can apply for the following forms of disability support at UWV (Employee Insurance Agency):
- tools such as adjusted furniture or orthopaedic work shoes;
- compensation for transport, such as for a wheelchair van;
- personal support, such as a job coach or an interpreter.
