Portfolio holders

The municipal executive is made up of the mayor and portfolio holders. Together, they administer the municipality.

Each member of the executive is responsible for a particular policy area, like education or finance. The size of the executive depends on the number of residents in the municipality. The municipal council appoints portfolio holders and oversees their work.
