Mobility Vision 2050 Framework Memorandum

In the Framework Memorandum Mobility Vision 2050 the Dutch government sets out the right on mobility as a prerequisite for people to satisfy such needs as healthcare, education, employment and daily shopping and the supply system that makes these functions possible. At the same time, everyone is entitled to a healthy and safe living environment, now and in the future. The Memorandum addresses the need to develop integrated accessibility objectives, implementing present and developing future public frameworks for sustainability, a healthy living environment and safety, as well as area-specific and corridor-based approaches in elaborating an integrated mobility system.
