Advancing sustainable animal products in Northwest Europe

This document shows the plans that resulted from a series of workshops that took place in 2020. Lots of different stakeholders from in and around the Northwest European value chain for animal food products took part in these workshops. The main conclusion was remarkably clear: to advance sustainable animal products, we need to work on shared definitions and indicators for sustainability and animal welfare. Only if we look in the same direction, can we create the transition that we urgently need, together.
