Do you want to prove your right to an inheritance outside the Netherlands? For example, if you inherit a holiday home outside the Netherlands, you can prove this with a European certificate of succession. This certificate can be used within the European Union. - legatees who are directly entitled to the estate;
- executors;
- administrators of the estate.
