If you suspect that your healthcare insurer or healthcare provider is committing fraud, you can report this. For instance, you can report cases where you suspect that your dentist or doctor has charged costs for treatment that has not been carried out. You can also report cases where you suspect that your healthcare insurer is not reimbursing you for the full amount you are entitled to.
