Conditions of getting compensation from the TSB scheme
These are the most important conditions of getting the compensation:
- You have (or will soon receive) a diagnosis from your (company) doctor for one of the following occupational diseases: lung cancer due to asbestos (in Dutch), allergic occupational asthma (in Dutch); CSE (painter's disease (in Dutch).
- You have been exposed to a hazardous substance during your work. In lung cancer this is asbestos, in asthma these are allergens and in CSE volatile solvents.
- You work or have worked in the Netherlands as an employee and/or as a self-employed person. And you have or had an employment contract or contract under Dutch law.
