Where can I get help with gambling problems?

You can get help 24 hours a day by phone or online from the Gambling Help Centre (Loket Kansspel). You can also register (in Dutch) for a gambling stop. Once you register, you will be refused entry by gambling sites, gaming halls and casinos with a Dutch licence. 

Help 24 hours a day

You can get help 24 hours a day by phone or online from the Gambling Help Center (Loket Kansspel). Help Centre staff will help you and provide guidance right away. They can refer you for help and guidance near you. Family members and friends of gamblers can also contact the Help Centre for information. 

Registering for a gambling stop

You can also opt for a gambling stop. Once you register, you will be refused entry by gambling sites, gaming halls and casinos with a Dutch licence. You can register for a gambling stop (in Dutch) on the website of the gaming exclusion register Cruks. A gambling stop lasts for at least six months.
