The Netherlands arms export policy in 2008

This report, which is also to appear as an English-language publication of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation considers among other things the instruments, procedures and principles of the Netherlands arms export policy. In addition, it examines the nature of the Dutch defencerelated industry and describes a number of international developments in the field of arms export controls.
