Have you been disqualified from driving for a repeat drug-driving or drink-driving offence? Then you will need to apply to the CBR (Central Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen) to take another driving test in order to obtain a valid driving licence again.

When disqualification from driving
Read the information on disqualification from driving (in Dutch) on the website of the Public Prosecution Service. You will be disqualified, for example, if you have been stopped by the police twice within 5 years for driving under the influence of drugs twice within a period of 5 years.
How to obtain a new driving licence
The CBR website provides information on the steps you need to take to get a new driving licence (in Dutch). For example, you must take the theory exam and the practical driving test again.
