Government Procurement Digitalisation in the Netherlands - Annual Plan 2023

This annual plan tells you how the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations is working on digitising the Government Procurement System in the Netherlands. The goal is more efficiency in the procurement process, for both central government and for suppliers. The central government also wants to offer suppliers an unambiguous digital experience, regardless of the government department they do business with. Digitalisation will in the long run also enable more effective management and accountability in the national procurement domain, thanks to uniformly structured procurement data.
