Don’t use cannabis if you’re hitting the road, have mental health issues like depression or schizophrenia, or if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding. Don’t use cannabis heavily or too often and never use it if you’re feeling low or younger than 25. Because cannabis doesn’t always give you a high. It can also make you feel sad,
