End of Program Evaluation of the Performance Based Financing for Health Program in Oromia and Amhara regions, Ethiopia

Cordaid's Performance-based Financing (PBF) program in Ethiopia has improved the quality of health care services. It also improved data quality, patient satisfaction and staff motivation. More attention should be given to the sustainability of the program and further piloting is necessary to integrate PBF in the national health system.
