As an advocacy project, the political instability due to the military coup d'etat, affects the project especially outcome 1 and 2 in their initial format. This is because the activities should be directed towards local decision makers who are now dissolved and replaced by transitional decision makers who are expected to leave soon. An adaptive programming need to be applied to reach the goals.
