Trends in Climate Finance: Background Report for Policymakers

This report discusses trends in climate finance and makes recommendations to improve the methodologies for measuring the mobilization of private climate finance. As the Netherlands in most cases cannot implement these recommendations unilaterally, they should be read as suggestions for positions the Netherlands could take in further international discussions.
