Purpose and Objectives of the Evaluation of the Netherlands Trust Fund (NTF) - Phase IV Export Sector Competitiveness Programme ¨ - Provide an assessment of performance against the intended intermediate outcomes; - Determine the extent to which the projects contributed to the programme ’s Theory of Change (ToC); - Examine the NTF IV programme’s relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability; - Provide input to subsequent phases of the NTF programme (learning aspect of the evaluation).
