Evaluation of the PBL-DGIS Covenant

The objective of the present study is to evaluate the Covenant 2018-2021 between the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (PBL) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Directorate-General for International Cooperation (MFA/DGIS).
