Analysis of the underlying vision in the European Commission White Paper “How to Master Europe’s Infrastructure Needs”

In the white paper “How to Master Europe’s Infrastructure Needs”, published in February 2024, the European Commission presented its views on the future of connectivity and potential implications for European telecommunication policy. The Ministry of Economic Affairs has commissioned Plum Consulting to analyze and explain the underlying vision in the white paper in order to identify the policy questions and dilemma’s that are important to address in the light of a constructive, evidence-based policy debate.
