Feebate mechanism: Parameterization for rewarding zero or near-zero GHG emission fuels

In the context of the development of IMO measures to address the climate impact of shipping, this report analyses how the uptake of climate neutral fuels (‘zero and near-zero GHG fuels’) by ships can be supported. It considers possible definitions of these fuels and estimates the additional costs involved.
