Evaluation of Young Experts Programme Phase II

This report evaluates the second phase of the Young Expert Programmes (YEP). YEP started 1 January 2013 and its second phase has been running since 1 January 2020. The objective of YEP is to support the creation of a new generation of international experts on water, agrofood and renewable energy, as well as stimulating the interlinkages between these 3 sectors. YEP is open to all countries that are eligible for the Dutch Good Growth Fund.
