Strengthening Access to Justice in Rwanda – End-line Evaluation of the Ubu-Ituze Iwacu Project (2019-2022)

This evaluation looked at the Ubu-Ituze Iwacu project (2019-2022), which aimed to improve access to justice in Rwanda. The project was succesful in strengthening the capacity of (proximity) justice providers and in increasing public awareness of basic rights, key legislation and the functioning of the justice system in Rwanda. Overall the evaluation is postitive and provides a few useful recommendations for further improving access to justice in Rwanda.
