Tailpipe emissions of Euro 5 mopeds

A research to determine the emission performance of Euro 5 mopeds with a variety of characteristics. Generally, the measured Euro 5 mopeds show substantially lower pollutant emissions as compared to the earlier tested Euro 2 and Euro 3 mopeds. In particular, the THC, CO (Carbon monoxide), NOx (Nitrogen Oxides) and PN (Particle Number) emissions are significantly reduced.
