General Country of Origin Report Afghanistan (June 2023)

This general country of origin information (COI) report describes the situation in Afghanistan insofar as it is relevant for the assessment of asylum applications by persons originating from that country and for decisions relating to the return of rejected Afghan asylum seekers. The report is an update of the general country of origin information report for Afghanistan of March 2022. The reporting period runs from April 2022 to May 2023.
