Evaluation of Awareness Raising Campaigns for (Potential) Migrants
This evaluation presents a comparative analysis of four awareness-raising campaigns funded by the NL in Nigeria, Iraq and Afghanistan. The report draws conclusions on the extent to which the different approaches have been effective and efficient in changing the awareness, knowledge, attitudes and behavior of (potential) migrants regarding irregular migration.
Future funding of awareness-raising campaigns will draw upon the the lessons learned from this report. This evaluation will also be taken into account to determine policy commitments concerning awareness campaigns for the upcoming years.
