End-term evaluation of the Strategic Partnership between Oxfam Novib and SOMO ‘Towards a Worldwide Influencing Network’ (2016-2020)
This evaluation concerns an end evaluation of the program 'Towards a Worldwide Influencing Network', carried out in 2020 by WiW Global Research & Reporting, in close collaboration with various consultants at country level. This program was implemented in 17 countries and focused on 3 main themes: Right to Food, Finance & Development and Conflict & Fragility. The evaluation shares the main results, challenges and lessons learned from the full program period.
In the period of 2016 - 2020, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with civil society organisations, supported various programs that reduce inequality, combat corruption and climate change, promote fair trade chains and safeguard human rights through the Dialogue & Dissent Policy Framework. One of these is the Oxfam Novib and SOMO program 'Towards a Worldwide Influencing Network'.
