Public-Private Comparator ERTMS - Summary Final report

The Public-Private Comparator (PPC) ERTMS (European Rail Traffic Management System) provides an insight into the financial added value in terms of the different forms that the programme could take. This PPC investigates a range of possible packages (a package concerns a number of ERTMS elements that are combined and put out to tender within 1 contract) and implementation variants. This concerns a total of 4 packages and 11 implementation forms.
