Theories of Change accompanying Policy Document for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation: Do what we do best

Theories of Change have been developed for the priorities of Policy 'Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation: Do what we do best'. The various documents describe how the theory of change is seen for a theme. The Theories of Change are used to test policy and, together with scores on indicators, serve to adjust interventions. This makes the implementation of the policy as effective as possible.
