COVID-19 Recovery Declaration

Travellers from non-EU countries can travel to the Netherlands if they have proof of recovery. This proof must have been issued by a country taking part in the EU Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) scheme. Travellers aged 18 or over from non-Schengen countries must complete the COVID-19 Recovery Declaration form and carry it with them on their journey.
