End of Project Evaluation: Women Occupy the Media (WOM)
Together with civil society organisations, the Dutch MFA supported various initiatives that strengthened the rights and opportunities for women and girls through the Funding Leadership and Opportunities for Women (FLOW) policy framework in 2016-2020. One of these is the Women: Occupy the Media programme of Panos Institute West Africa (PIWA).
This report is the end-evaluation of the Women: Occupy the Media program (WOM) (2016-2020) conducted by Al-Kaisy Ltd. The evaluation targets the 4 countries (Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger and Senegal) in which WOM was implementing its activities. The evaluation focuses on the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of WOM and shares the programme's key results, challenges and lessons learnt.
