Annual social report: Focus on HR 2020

For several years now, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BZ) has been publishing a concise digital version of its annual social report: ‘Focus on HR’. The 2020 edition of ‘Focus on HR’ provides insights into the size and composition of BZ’s workforce and the main trends in human resources. It also sets out the principles of BZ’s HR policy, which focuses on our staff’s quality, motivation, development and well-being, and on making them deployable worldwide.
